Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 24 hours after delivery only if the wrong item was delivered. No returns are accepted on correct orders. No returns on custom or bespoke items under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and bespoke orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Correct orders are also final sale — we do not accept returns on items delivered as ordered.
How to Return
If you received the wrong item, contact us via WhatsApp on 07040686990 within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in cases where the wrong item was delivered. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or colour preference.
